Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their inquiries via telephone, email, SMS, live chat, and WhatsApp. Your goal will be to create an effortless, positive experience for each customer while delivering top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and arrange engineer visits via multiple communication channels (telephone, email, SMS, live chat, WhatsApp).
Use your customer service skills to ensure a smooth and positive journey for every customer.
Understand each customer's needs and identify opportunities to provide excellent service.
Handle all calls and emails within service level agreements and schedule appointments using the Salesforce platform.
Follow contact centre processes and targets to maintain high service standards.
Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure they are informed and satisfied with their experience.Skills and Qualifications:
GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent) in English or a similar qualification.
