Our large Property Maintenance Client is looking to recruit a Resdient Liaison Officer. Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm) Mobile Role / Office Based (Kentish Town) Basic Salary: £30,000 p/a Job Responsibilities include: From time to time be willing and available to attend TRA meetings (evenings and/or weekends) and other work-related meetings to meet the needs of the business or the contract commitments. Perform property and appliance condition surveys, including photographs, before work commences Keep tenants fully informed about ongoing building works and programs. Conduct pre-work visits to introduce and explain the scope of work, providing residents with essential information packs and contact details. Identify high-risk or vulnerable residents and tailor work plans to meet their specific needs. The ideal candidate for the Resident Liaison Role role must have the following: Essential - experience of applying excellent customer service through effective stakeholder engagement. Essential - sound understanding of customer care to all types of residents (including vulnerable residents and those with special needs) Essential – a sound knowledge of working with the Microsoft Office suit (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Essential - minimum 3 years of working in a customer service-focused role Essential - proven track record of successfully and effectively liaising with multiple parties to provide a service with key objectives. Essential - experience in working to tight deadlines and in a sometimes-pressurised environment.
