Beaverbrook is looking for someone who may be interested in becoming a Qualified and Experienced Gardener to join the team. Candidates will have some experience with general garden maintenance including mowing, weeding, strimming and hedge cutting. In addition, candidates will have good practical skills, be hands-on. Requirements: Candidates must have a GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English, grade 4 or above. Experience working outdoors would be an advantage. Attention to detail and ability to produce a high standard of work. Good time management and communication skills Enthusiastic, motivated individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and develop new skills. Team player who is also able to use own initiative. Drive for continued personal development. Shift Pattern This position will consist of 40 hours per week including time allocated to studies. The ideal candidate will be flexible in working 1 in 8 weekends. The typical Summer shift pattern for this position will consist of 7am - 3:30pm. The typical Winter shift pattern for this position will consist of 8am-4:30pm. Applicants will ideally have a full driving license and own transport.
