Our client is a market leader in their sector who is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Specialist to join their Head Office team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate must have experience in customer service and working in a phone-based, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, investigative, and interpersonal skills, including a strong and confident telephone manner, are key. The successful candidate will be able to work in a team, organizing and prioritizing workload.
Responsibilities
1. The role will be responsible for managing and assisting a range of customer queries via telephone and email.
2. Working with third-party companies, the role will work to find positive solutions to each situation.
3. Accurately updating and maintaining an in-house CRM system.
4. Deliver and maintain a professional service.
5. As part of the team, manage the first response for inbound calls.
6. Answer client queries which vary in urgency and complexity, ensuring complete customer confidence.
Required Experience:
1. Previous experience working in a customer service call center or phone-based role.
2. Previous experience dealing with inbound queries.
3. Ability to remain calm under pressure.
4. A levels or equivalent (preferred).
5. Excellent keyboard and computer skills.
6. Articulate, punctual, and ability to organize workload.
7. Good organizational and communication skills.
8. Able to work as a member of a team.
