For our Alba offices, we are seeking a Product Manager for Kinder Seasonal who will assist the Brand Manager in expanding the Kinder Seasonal Brands through globally defined emotional activations., For "Kinder MAXI Surprise" and "Kinder Surprise MAXI" brands, you will support the Brand Manager in defining (together with Areas and BUs) and applying (managing countries and volumes) the Global Activity Grid, collaborating with different Teams to grant the most performing Activity Grid.
You will have the opportunity to develop new Toys' Series, ensuring the achievement of goals within the scheduled timeline, meeting consumer's needs, financial and industrial requirements and developing all content related to the toys comprehensively.
You will manage the Toys Lifecycle in the PLM system, the stocks, together with Central Planning, Licensing, and STeDI.
You will brief and work closely with the Digital Team for the development of all digital content/experiences linked to the physical toys, and you will be responsable for checking feasibility to execute digital experiences on new/stock surprises' series.
Regarding communication activities, you will be the referent for all BUs concerning the right digital assets to be used/communicated and you will be responsable for approving the BU's Communication Materials/Packs linked to the toys.
For internal use, you will be working on Toys "showcases" planned during the year and presented to large communities (Areas, BUs, Teams involved in the toys development).
In this role you will be expected to already possess all the elements of the marketing mix, along with strong communication and influencing skills: efficient collaboration will be crucial, both with Area Marketing Managers & Business Unit colleagues for Activity Grid and Communication definition and with internal and external stakeholders for the development of the Toys Series, from the creative concept to the industrialization phase, and up to the Digital Experience., You will bring your university Master's Degree in Marketing / Business administration / Supply chain or any other relevant degree and your 2 - 4 years professional experience in related fields, preferably in toy marketing environment.
Dynamic, curious, creative, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that may involve confidential or sensitive matters will be fundamental, as well as ability to manage relationship with different stakeholders, international mindset, global mobility and availability for business trips.
You will bring your strong project management and interpersonal skills; your attention to detail and quality and your result oriented attitude will be key to fit the role at best.
Regarding IT and language Skills, knowledge of digital environment/tools and an advance knowledge of English are expected. Knowledge of Nielsen/IRI/Euromonitor DBs and SAP Architecture is considered as a plus.
