HR Manager – Manufacturing Experience Preferred

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
* Manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, benefits, and payroll support.
* Advise leadership on HR matters, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with company policies.
* Oversee full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
* Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy enforcement with a focus on fairness and consistency.
* Administer benefits programs, maintain HR records, and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and initiatives.
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
* Dedicated to implementing positive organizational change, including policy improvements.
* Experience with onboarding new hires, workers’ compensation claims, managing benefits, recruiting, 401(k) administration, and payroll processing (ADP preferred).
* Approachable and able to foster a positive work environment.
What could set you apart:
* HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP)
* Experience in manufacturing
* Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now.
Compensation: $80K +/- depending on experience.
