The Governors are eager to appoint a Site Manager who is pro-active, hardworking, motivated and passionate who will take pride in how the school looks and functions. The post comprises of 37 hours per week covering flexible shifts with a requirement to work a split shift in term time and to meet the needs of the school during the school holidays.
Shifts will be:
Monday - Friday
6:30am – 10:00am (9:30am Friday)
2:00pm – 6:00pm
Main areas of responsibility are security and health and safety of the school buildings and grounds, daily H&S checks, fire log, general portage duties, handyperson duties (which may include minor repairs to furniture and fixtures), and minor decorating tasks.
For this role, it is essential that you have previous Caretaking or Premise management experience.
