We have a fantastic opportunity for a Supervisor/Team Lead in the Maintenance Device Service Warehouse, supporting break-fix contracts. You will be supporting our customers with the supply and receipt of materials from our warehouse. You will report directly to the Operational Manager, supporting him with queries, escalations, and ensuring SLA demand is met for both internal and external customer requirements. You will need to have high levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. You will have experience in stock control management, Warehouse Management Systems (SAP is an advantage), and experience with inventory would be highly desirable. To be successful in the role, you will be a great team leader, able to influence and drive performance in yourself and others while working in a high-pressure environment to tight deadlines to meet business objectives. You will need strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prioritize workloads and direct your team effectively to achieve objectives.
Monday – Friday working hours: 11:00 – 19:00
37.5 Hours per week
What you'll do
1. Management of productivity and progression
