TML Recruitment are delighted to be partnered with one of our longest standing clients, a fast growing, UK wide, multi-disciplinary property practice that are searching for a commercial Valuation Partner to aid the growth of their South East / M4 Corridor valuation department.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN THIS ROLE?
As the lead valuer in this region, you will report directly into the National head. You will be responsible for a variety of commercial valuations across the South East focussing predominantly on the M4 Corridor up towards Oxford. You will cover a variety of asset classes, but typically offices, retail and industrial buildings/units working with banks, private and corporate clients, and professional contacts. Around 80% of your work will be commercial with the remaining 20% being residential development focussed. Your main mandate will be to aid the growth of the business unit through fee earning, business development. There will be an element of leadership but only by mentoring, this role will suit someone who wants to focus on fee earning. This team has around 3 fee earners in it and you will be the most senior.
