Job Description
Based on the success of 2024 and the fast growth of the business, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our revenue operations, from lead generation to customer expansion. You will work closely with heads of sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive efficient processes that contribute to our growth objectives.
Being a new role in the business, you will help to shape and build the Revenue Operations function to help support and enable future growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
Go To Market Execution
* Implement revenue operations strategies that align with company goals.
* Work closely with Unaric leadership to break strategy and annual targets down, implement KPIs and metrics cadence to track targets.
* Develop a set of metrics and KPIs to show emerging trends where Unaric can double down and invest more to drive greater growth.
Process Optimisation
* Streamline and optimize end-to-end revenue processes, including lead generation, sales conversion, and customer retention.
* Oversee end-to-end process with a continual improvement mindset to optimise key parts of the sales funnel
Collaboration and Alignment
* Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and coordination across departments.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration to drive cohesive revenue strategies.
Technology and Tools Management
* Manage and optimize the use of revenue technology stack, including AI, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
* Recommend new tools and technologies to support revenue operations.
Performance Metrics and Reporting
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue operations.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, 6Sense) and other sales and marketing tools.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
