We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a Renewable Energy Contractor, who are looking for a Project Manager based in Somerset/ Bristol.
Our client a renewable energy contractor are looking for a Project Manager to join them on some new projects in the Bristol and surrounding areas. You will need to be able to demonstrate previous contract management, some renewables and social housing experience would be beneficial although not essential.
Day to Day:
Project management of decarbonisation of social housing projects
Management of sub-contractors on site
Liaison with the end client
Holding site meetings, toolbox talks & inductions
Customer care, liaising with tenants
Solar, cavity wall, EWI contracting
Must be willing to travel across the South West
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
Experienced Project Manager with SMSTS in place
Experience people manager
Working knowledge of RAMS, H&S & CDM
Excellent communicator
Computer literate
Full driving licence and access to car essential
Social housing experience desirable, renewable experience desirable
