Site & Building Supervisor required from July 2025 Permanent, Full Time – 37 hours per week, Whole Year Salary: Grade 8 - £32,654 - £37,035 per annum John Taylor MAT is looking for an experienced, flexible and committed individual to join its newest, and only ‘all-through’ school in our Trust family. Built from the ground up, Rugeley John Taylor will serve local communities, offering a ‘gold standard’ learning experience to the youngest learners all the way through to sixth formers. This brand-new school, opening initially with Year 7 in the secondary phase in September 2025, operates a modern Building Management System, and this role requires someone with the right mix of knowledge and skills to manage and monitor the system, and undertake more traditional site management duties. This is a rare opportunity to ensure the smooth running of a brand-new building serving the local community and be part of the founding staff team.
