In this roleyoull:
* Be the drivingforce behind customer satisfaction acting as the main point ofcontact and advocate for theirsuccess.
* Establish strong customerrelationships through personalised consultations expert advice andcustomised strategies.
* Troubleshoot issues andproactively identify opportunities for performance optimisation toempower our partners customers success.
* Supportthe team in onboarding tasks ensuring a smooth and effectiveprocess for the customer.
* Monitor and analyseour customers key performance indicators(KPIs).
YourProfile
* Knowledge ofdigital marketing tools such as Google Ads and MetaAds.
* Highly empathetic with a customerfirstmindset and a talent forstorytelling.
* Analytical and problemsolvingskills to effectively use software explain its features andleverage its capabilities to solve clientsproblems.
* Wellorganised with the ability tostructure and prioritise workefficiently.
* Business fluent in ItalianandEnglish (German is a plus).
* StudiedMarketing Business or a related field with ideally some practicalexperience.
Please notethat were looking for support in the Zrich office of our partnercompany. Eligibility to work in Switzerland isrequired.
