You will be providing care to patients within their own homes and care homes. You will liaise closely with local GPs and other members of the wider MDT as well as with patients and their families, therefore excellent communication skills are essential. You must be a first level registered nurse. We are seeking individuals whom have relevant experience: Injections (insulins, sub-cut and IM). General Wound Care, applications of dressings and bandaging.
