Key responsibilities include building and leveraging strong customer relationships, growing and retaining customers, and partnering with customers to understand their plans for growth. You will also be responsible for understanding competitor activity and proposals, and working pro-actively with the Business Development Manager to understand new customer requirements. You will be a brand ambassador for Brakes in your local market. You should be highly service focused, tenacious and resilient, with the drive and determination to succeed. You will also be self-motivated to enhance your own development, seeking continuous improvement by leveraging & learning from a diverse range of skills & experience.
