Pay Rate: £28,000 - £38,000
We're looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the smooth and effective delivery of all internal operations, while supporting staff in reaching key campaign goals. This pivotal role ensures consistency, efficiency, and accountability across the organisation. Working closely with senior leadership, campaign managers, and fundraising teams, you'll streamline internal processes, boost productivity, and monitor performance metrics to drive success.
Duties will include:
* Oversee day-to-day internal functions to ensure smooth business operations.
* Develop and implement internal systems to improve efficiency and communication.
* Manage internal policies, procedures, and compliance to ensure best practices.
* Act as the key point of contact for internal operational matters.
* Monitor campaign targets and staff performance, ensuring projections are met.
* Work with campaign managers to analyse data, identify trends, and implement improvements.
* Provide support and guidance to teams to enhance productivity and goal achievement.
* Deliver performance reports and insights to senior management.
* Foster a positive and motivated working environment for staff.
* Identify training and development needs to enhance team effectiveness.
* Ensure alignment between operational processes and fundraising goals.
Essential Criteria:
1. Proven experience in an operations, project management, or performance related role.
2. Strong people management skills.
3. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
7. Experience in fundraising, sales, or campaign management is a plus.
