Private Client Solicitor - Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning\n\n£32,000 - £44,000\n\nFully Remote Working!\n\nSellick Partnership are delighted to be working with a valued client who is currently expanding their Estate Planning team due to continuous growth. This client has a constant work stream from their members, banks and charities so no need for marketing and no billable hours!\n\nAs the Private Client Solicitor, you will be:\n\nLooking after your own caseload of complex Estate Planning cases to include Wills, Trusts and LPAs\nEngaging with clients through numerous methods of communication\nWorking collaboratively with a supportive Estate Planning team to continually develop your legal skills, administrative support will also be provided at certain case levels\nUsing your legal knowledge of Wills, Trusts and LPAs to mentor more junior members of the team \n\nThe Private Client Solicitor will have:\n\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to draft Estate Planning documents\nThe ability to use your initiative and prioritise your workload\nA client-focused approach with the ability to build positive relationships in a remote setting \n\nBenefits of the Private Client Solicitor role:\n\nPension with up to 10% employer contributions\nBonus up to 10%\n28 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising to 32 in line with service)\nWellbeing benefits to support your physical financial and mental health\nCareer progression opportunities\nDiscounts on products and services\nWork fully remote if you choose to, with multiple offices throughout the UK if office working is preferred \n\nInterested in the Private Client Solicitor position?
