Shall design, develop, and evaluate training for multiple modalities and a global audience. Shall prioritize effectively to manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives through the full instructional design process. Shall collaborate effectively with other teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to support launches of new products and services, as well as supporting enhancements to existing products and services.
