Job Overview
Mitie is recruiting for a Supervisor to join our team based in Central Scotland, working on our Highland Reserve Forces & Cadet Association (HRFCA) contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and management of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), ensuring statutory and mandatory compliance of HRFCA buildings and assets, and delivering reactive and remedial works. Additionally, they will engage with the HRFCA Asset Team, assist in the delivery of low-value project works, and manage the supply chain. This role involves the management, organization, and prioritization of work schedules to ensure that contracted deliverables and key performance indicators are consistently achieved.
Main Duties
* Monitor Supply Chain Team: Ensure qualified operatives are directed to relevant tasks with appropriate equipment and skills.
* Service Delivery & Quality: Monitor service delivery, quality, and safety to consistently achieve performance KPIs.
* Accurate Reporting: Record and maintain necessary information for accurate reporting.
* Resolve Queries: Address client, operational, and commercial queries related to contracted delivery.
* Incident Management: Monitor, action, and escalate incidents to achieve service levels and keep customers informed.
* Quotations & Orders: Request/update quotations for corrective works and issue purchase orders for materials and subcontract orders.
* Remedial Work Administration: Administer remedial work order submissions and workflow to relevant departments.
* System Proficiency: Develop and maintain understanding of the MAXIMO application and relevant processes.
* Customer Complaints: Handle and actively resolve customer issues according to the Customer Complaint process.
* Commercial Awareness & Compliance: Be aware of contract requirements, respond to audits, and ensure compliance with JSP 375, supporting the Helpdesk with professional and technical advice.
