We are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to join our team to help with our continued business growth.
About Us -
We are independently owned, small in size and big on ambition. Our talented team is based in Oxfordshire. We are supported by over 40 freelance staff including event managers and brand ambassadors.
We are automotive specialists, working closely with major brands including Jaguar Land Rover and Volvo.
We support our clients with experiential marketing, conferences, road shows, product launches and incentive travel.
About the role -
We are looking for someone who can deliver client briefs to the required standard within budget and with the required margins. Some principle responsibilities are as follows:
• That a clear events schedule is developed with the client by reviewing past events and
offering new ideas as required.
• That individual events are analysed and an accurate Project Timeline for each event
specifying all key elements and timings is produced.
• That a full quote for each event is provided to the client for authorisation and constantly
monitored and adhered to.
• That best rates and value for money are negotiated with suppliers as appropriate.
• That the event is effectively coordinated by liaising with the client, suppliers and internal
resources.
• That the client’s expectations are effectively managed with regular communication as
appropriate.
• That suppliers deliver products and services as agreed on time and to the required
standard.
• That any appropriate added value opportunities are identified and implemented within
budgetary constraints.
• That all event logistics are effectively managed prior to the event and all event-specific
queries are effectively dealt with.
• That positive working relationships with key suppliers are maintained.
• That all finance tracker documents (TEB Cost Sheet & PO Invoice Status) are accurate
and kept up to date.
• That specified margins are achieved for each event as required.
• That Clients are promptly and accurately invoiced as detailed in client SLA.
• That all suppliers provide relevant risk assessment and insurance documentation for
specific events.
• That the required risk assessments and method statements are written in advance and
conducted on site.
• That general account support is given to the Account Directors and company Directors in
terms of overall account management, strategy and staff mentoring
• That the company Directors initiatives and directives are adhered to by yourself and
cascaded to all other staff as required.
• That company policies are adhered to and upheld by yourself other members of staff.
• That you contribute to general company strategy, new business, client development and
growth.
• That any new business opportunities are identified on an on-going basis and responded to
or handed over to one of the Directors to follow up if necessary.
• That TEB minimum standards are applied and adhered to.
We work on a Hybrid basis with Monday and Friday work from home and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday working from the office.
