The Role:
As a Transport & Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our clients transport and warehouse functions, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service delivery. Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising and supporting a team of van delivery drivers and warehouse staff.
* Overseeing recruitment, training, and development of team members.
* Monitoring KPIs to drive operational improvements.
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and transport regulations.
* Managing fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, and route planning.
* Developing strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery.
