As a Retail Sales Colleague, no prior tech knowledge is necessary. All new colleagues attend a two to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. There, you’ll develop valuable skills to support and sell our products confidently, including supplier training, product demos, and testing the latest devices.
Our Sales Colleagues work flexibly across our opening hours, which typically include weekends. Our stores are open 7 days a week, generally from 9am to 8pm, with local variations.
Role overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Asking the right questions to match customers with suitable products.
2. Making every customer interaction memorable.
3. Offering support services like delivery, installation, recycling, and flexible payment options.
4. Contributing to the overall sales performance of the store.
5. Working across different departments and product ranges.
6. Supporting store operations by completing various operational tasks.
