We are seeking a dynamic Account Director to manage new business and existing revenue for a select number of Strategic Carrier Partners at VMO2 Fixed Wholesale! The ideal candidate will excel in building strong customer relationships and driving business growth, maintaining, and elevating customer happiness while representing our products and services. This role involves leading virtual teams across pre-sale, delivery, and in-life stages to ensure customer and account success.
We are looking for a new business hunter with a strong business development mentality, excellent senior partner management, and a deep understanding of the Fixed Wholesale telecoms' market, specifically Carrier and Infrastructure Builders. As a Account Director will also be accountable for contributing to an excellent Net Promoter Score (NPS) by driving team efforts toward customer excellence!

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
1. Demonstrable ability to create and implement account development plans aligned with strategic carriers’ business aspirations.
2. Proven record of driving creative market opportunities with partners that improve strategic business and revenue diversity.
3. Experience in meeting New Business and Revenue targets while managing existing contracted bases and encouraging significant growth in strategic carrier accounts.
4. Proven track record of building and managing senior stakeholder relationships within named accounts to develop, maintain, and grow contracted revenue streams.
5. Demonstrable experience in negotiating contract renewals professionally and timely to minimize revenue and profit erosion.
6. Experience in managing Salesforce.com pipelines to ensure appropriate focus on identified and forecasted opportunities.
7. Experience in constructing cases and justifying CAPEX/OPEX spend and resource allocation.
