As part of Falkirk Council's Building Maintenance Division, you will supervise, organise and co-ordinate the day to day running of the resources of a multi-trade section. This will involve ensuring all contracted maintenance works to properties are carried out in compliance with set targets and specifications. You will possess an HNC or equivalent in a relevant building maintenance related discipline, with relevant experience in working within a building maintenance section. You will have a thorough knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and basic knowledge of contract finance, estimating and contact management. You will also have experience of working with Microsoft package and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A current driving is essential.
