We are looking for an Service Administrator/Coordinator to join our growing team. The role will support the service and call out team and assist with administrative duties such as updating schedules, project plans, service scheduling, procurement assistance and meeting notes.
To work with the Service Team, Purchasing Team and Compliance Team to ensure compliance of Quality Management System and appropriate RAMS and other documentation are being generated on a project by project basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service Scheduling and Small Works Scheduling
* Assist with procurement.
* Ensure all documentation is completed as required.
* Reports including budget to actuals following completion of job.
* General projects support including tooling registers, timesheet collation, project close off's, O&M support, meeting minutes, hotel booking.
* QHSE support - generate RAMS, complete audits & complete relevant credit and customer account forms.
Desirables:
* A can do attitude and ability to adapt daily to changing requirements.
