As a member of our dynamic team of Chartered Surveyors, Valuers, Building Engineers, and Environmental Health Practitioners, you'll have the flexibility to shape your career while contributing to a wide range of technical and consultancy projects in both the public and private sectors.
You will be involved in the following instructions:
* Homebuyer Surveys and Reports
* Building Surveys
* Valuations and Property Appraisals
* Expert Witness Work
* Specific Defect Inspections
* Structural Assessments
* New Build Monitoring
* Dilapidation Services
* Schedules of Condition
* Licence to Alter
* Party Wall Matters

The ideal candidate will have:
* Degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited)
* MRICS/FRICS qualification
* Full UK driving licence and access to a car
* Experience in residential surveying, particularly Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Excellent and accurate report writing skills
* Strong technical writing and communication skills (internal and external)
* Strong numeracy skills
* Ability to build relationships with professionals at all levels
* Well-organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
* Ability to meet deadlines
* A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined, and commercially astute
