What skills and experience we're looking for
• Ability to teach all ability groups, meeting the needs of all students especially those who are in alternative provision for a variety of reasons.
• To have a thoroughly up to date knowledge of the delivery and assessment of subject specifications, National Curriculum and alternative curriculum/accreditation models.
• Good or outstanding teacher.
What the school offers its staff
We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising of six secondary schools, one primary school, and two internal alternative provisions, with over 700 employees and over 5,000 students, based in Dudley and Staffordshire in the West Midlands.
At Invictus we are values driven and as such believe ‘anything is possible’. Our alternative provision estate supports learners to share the same ethos; young people who are most vulnerable are supported to flourish and experience success. Both Greenhill Alternative Learning Campus in Halesowen and Invictus Revive Learning Centre at Leasowes aim to support young people in KS3 and 4 who have been unable to achieve in a mainstream setting.
