Your role and responsibilities You will: take lead and responsibility for the delivery of the Fostering Tool kit programmes support in further development of training for Foster Carers (including connected carers and Special Guardians) approved by Suffolk County Council be part of the Short-Term Fostering team within the Suffolk Fostering Service there may be a need to provide occasional support visits to fostering households outside of usual office hours. The team Provides supervision to foster carers across the county as well as therapeutic support services to Suffolk Foster carers Works in partnership with child in care social workers in care planning for children to achieve permanence, whether this be reunification, fostering, special guardianship or adoption.
