Are you passionate about technology and able to drive a team to deliver a first-class user experience? If so, we’re looking for a Platform Support Engineer based in Milton Keynes. This role is part of the Domino’s Pizza Group IT Platform Engineering and Architecture Team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal IT systems. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. What success looks like:
* Strong expertise in at least four of the following areas: Microsoft Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Office 365, Cisco Networking, Palo Alto Firewalling, Group Policy/Active Directory, LAN/WAN networking concepts, and Active Directory (Azure and on-premise)/Exchange Online.
* Be the face of the Platform Support team on site, providing friendly, relaxed but professional support in accordance with our Platform Support Customer Experience (PSCX) which involves several key components aimed at understanding, meeting, and exceeding our customer expectations.
* Manage the lifecycle of DPG Assets (Laptops, Phones, etc.).
* Champion and drive digital transformation.
* Experienced in technical delivery of IT tickets via phone, email, or in person.
