Client Services Representative - Farnborough
Our client is seeking a Client Services Representative to join the Client Services team based in Farnborough.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage inbound and outbound calls, and book appointments.
2. Respond to customer questions and resolve issues.
3. Follow up on customer emails requiring further action.
4. Generate quality appointments with genuine needs for our advice for clients and prospects.
5. Adhere to call script requirements and accurately record all call activities within our back office system.
6. Ensure compliance with client policies, processes, regulatory guidelines, and quality assurance standards.
7. Maintain excellent communication and listening skills.
8. Display a professional telephone manner.
9. Be strongly customer-focused, managing and overcoming objections within a financial services context.
10. Relate well to people and remain composed during conversations.
11. Prioritize accuracy and attention to detail.
12. Be resilient and diplomatic.
13. Ideally possess knowledge of regulations, products, and solutions in the retail financial services market.
14. Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
15. Demonstrate IT literacy and proficient telephone skills.
16. Financial Services experience is desirable, preferably in a life and pensions environment.
17. Experience working in a fast-paced and targeted environment.
18. Business development or customer service experience.
19. Negotiation and objection handling experience are advantageous.
20. Experience in building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
