Job Description:
Recruitment Duties:
* To post and source candidates through our recruitment process through our online platform, social media portals, and website
* Booking and conducting telephone interviews and second stage interviews
* Managing pre-employment checks and inductions: support with the administration of the DBS process and references.
* To ensure compliance with employment law, company policies and procedures, and regulated bodies
* Keep an updated matrix of all the recruitment actions taken
* Overseeing the Sponsorship employees, with support from the external Immigration Advisor. Ensure we are compliant with relevant regulations including right to work checks.
HR:
* Be responsible for dealing with routine HR related queries, ensuring that appropriate action is taken within a timely manner. This can be overseeing Stage 1, 2, 3 absence concern meetings, disciplinaries, grievances, probation, and performance management plans.
* Writing and reviewing policies and procedures.
* Ensuring the HR system is up to date.
* Ensuring line managers are meeting their responsibilities with ensuring probation meetings and supervisions are done on time and documentation is uploaded to the HR system.
Office Duties:
* Carrying out requests from management as needed
* Maintaining stock and ordering supplies and house requests
* Answering emails and sorting post
* Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary
* Greeting and welcoming visitors
Essential skills required:
* A high level of IT skills using Microsoft Office
* Previous experience within a HR similar role
* Comprehensive understanding of employment law
