The Opportunity: As an Electrical Estimator/ Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our continued success. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for accurately estimating projects, ensuring competitiveness and profitability. The Role: Receive client enquiries and conduct site surveys to understand project requirements Prepare detailed estimations and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors Support client meetings and tender presentations to secure opportunities Gather client feedback on submitted tenders/quotes and provide solutions to overcome concerns Develop and refine the estimation process to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cost effectiveness Evaluate strategic opportunities and report on lead status and quotes Monitor project costs, assess risk levels Establish relationship with contractors Utilise key technical skills to support the wider team when needed Communicate effectively and professionally at all times Qualities: • Electrical background preferred • Good IT/ Numeric skills • Work on own initiative • Ability to work to deadlines/ standards & procedures • Full clean driving license • Willingness to undergo a DBS full disclosure If you're ambitious and ready to take on a new challenge, apply now and join our team at PK Engineering.
