Job role: Temporary Private Medical Receptionist

Location: Mayfair/Marylebone
My client is looking for a private medical receptionist to join their team providing adhoc cover at multiple sites in Mayfair/Marylebone. The client manages buildings for tenants and these tenants mostly consist of medical clinics. If you have medical experience that would be a strong advantage.
Responsibilities:
1. First point of contact for all visitors / deliveries
2. Answering and diverting mainline telephone calls
3. Directing patients
4. Diary management
5. Co-orientating with doctors
6. Open and sort incoming post
7. General administrative duties i.e. photocopying / filing
Skills, Experience and Attributes Required:
1. Previous experience in a receptionist role
2. Experience of working in a client/customer facing role previously is desired
3. Extremely well spoken and presented
4. Polite and courteous nature
5. Highly organised and calm in nature
6. A team player
7. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
8. IT skills- efficient in Microsoft Office
