Recruitment Consultant
Location: Colden Common.
Salary: Negotiable plus commission – dependant on experience.
Hours: Full time, 9am-5pm Monday-Thursday, 9am-4pm Friday.
Fully office-based.

1to1 Group are excited to be expanding our Permanent Recruitment division! The successful candidate will understand the needs of both our clients and candidates, delivering a high-quality, tailored recruitment service while consistently meeting team and company targets. Alongside expanding the client base, you’ll also have the opportunity to work with a number of highly valued, long-standing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Marketing activities:
·Generating new business through lead creation and following up on previous opportunities.
·Attending client visits, focusing on both new business development and ongoing relationship management.
·Proactively working to enhance awareness of the 1to1 brand.
2. Revenue generation:
·Working to exceed KPI’s and company objectives, such as financial targets provided by Directors.
3. Account management:
·Developing a deep understanding of your clients by gathering information about their organization, key decision-makers, working environment, and other relevant factors.
·Submitting relevant CV’s to clients within agreed timescales.
4. Resourcing:
·Sourcing relevant CV’s against live vacancies.
·Qualifying applicants with phone calls and registration interviews.
·Preparing job adverts and posting them to boards and websites.
5. Administration:
·Keeping all files and databases up to date.
·Ensuring compliance with all legislation.
·Supporting with timesheet chasing and credit control as required.
6. Teamwork:
·Keeping colleagues up to date and aware of ‘HOT’ candidates.
·Covering phone calls and absences.
·Attending team meetings and contributing constructively.
·Completing ad hoc duties within reason as and when requested by the Directors.
