Field Service Engineer - North Sheffield & Barnsley
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our inclusive and collaborative team in North Sheffield & Barnsley. The Field Service Technician role comes with a generous salary of £37,296.48 p/a.
As a Field Technical Representative, you will join one of our teams of 10-12 other Technicians in repairing breakdowns, installing equipment in pubs, bars, and restaurants, and completing planned maintenance and equipment checks. CCEP’s Field Services Technicians cover England, Scotland, and Wales. Together they are responsible for maintaining over 150,000 Post-Mix machines, Coolers, and Vendors located in 110,000 customer premises, ranging from pubs and bars to supermarkets, smaller retailers, and offices.
You will work on average 44 hours per week, predominantly Monday-Friday, and typically 1 in 5 weekends. Your working day starts when you leave for your first call with fuel paid.
Responsibilities:
1. Servicing and installing all types of cold drinks equipment within customer premises.
2. Ensuring you work safely, with a zero-accident mindset.
3. Delivering excellent customer service, taking pride in your work and representing one of the world's biggest brands by working to the highest quality standards.
4. Following agreed ways of working - achieving efficiency targets for travel and on-site work, first-time fix, and repeat targets.
Minimum Requirements:
To apply for this job, you will ideally have qualifications such as City and Guilds, or Consumer Electrical Servicing. If you don’t have these qualifications, we will consider your application if you have gained experience working in a similar role. You should be target-driven and customer-focused, enjoy working on practical tasks, and be open to receiving full on-the-job training.
