Store Manager - Morpeth (New Store Opening)
Sanderson Arcade Morpeth NE61 1NS
37.5 hrs per week. Mon-Sunday (5 days over 7)
Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee the daily operations of the store
* Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
* Train, motivate, and supervise store staff
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
* Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a retail management role
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
* Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and upper management
* Proficiency in sales management to drive revenue growth
* Strong administrative skills to handle paperwork, reports, and scheduling
* Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales goals
* Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
* Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally
* Experience in team management to foster a positive work environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,577.00 per year
