Field Service Engineer – Midlands As a Field Service Engineer with Marel, you will be at the forefront of fulfilling customer needs. Your role will involve troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining Marel machines, ensuring our customers receive the high-quality support they expect. You will report into our office in Birmingham and this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in the food processing industry every day. What You’ll Be Doing As part of your daily activities, you will: Organize and perform maintenance and repair work at customer locations. Promote and sell spare and wear parts to customers. Acquire and manage maintenance contracts. Advise customers on Marel’s products and provide training. Handle on-site customer complaints with professionalism. To excel as a Field Service Engineer, you: Hold a degree in Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering (or equivalent qualifications). Have experience as a Field Service Engineer.
