About the role
A Studio Production Assistant will be focused on databasing product as it comes in and out of the studio. You will play a key role in supporting with the sample movement between studios and coordinating the daily workflow between sites.
Responsibilities
* Register samples into the studio database, checking existing imagery and systems to assign relevant shoot briefs.
* Process product around the studio for still life, creative and model shoots.
* Return samples to multiple Head Office departments and Warehouses.
* Work closely with the Studio in-house Planning Team to pick samples ready for shoots.
* Identify stock to shoot on model and support with delivering product to set.
* Pre-prep samples, to include steaming and ironing.
* Track and return samples ordered through the Studio account via the Head Office Staff Shop and update relevant trackers.
* Assist with sample movement between studios and loading vehicles when required.
* Organise and book 3rdparty deliveries where required.
* Packing samples securely for transit where required.
* Produce accurate delivery notes for deliveries when required.
* Responsible for the safety of colleagues and yourself in the workplace. To report or deal with any hazards, incidents and accidents.
* Demonstrate the ability to work within health & safety guidelines.
* You may be required to work at other studio locations on request.
* Assist in Ad hoc duties as set out by the Studio Managers.
About you
* Mac/ PC literate & have some level of experience in data input.
* Have some knowledge of the Next brand.
* Have experience in a similar role or environment.
* Be able to contribute and work effectively within a team environment and as part of the wider studio team.
* Be able to plan and prioritise your own workload and stay focused in a busy studio environment.
* Be able to work well under pressure, have a flexible attitude and be responsive to change.
* Have a friendly, helpful and professional manner at all times.
* Have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with peers and senior management.
* Demonstrate the ability to work within health & safety guidelines.
* Have excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
* Have the ability to interpret data.
* Have experience with Google Suite (i.e. Docs & Sheets)
