Reporting to the Operations Director, you will need tobe people orientated and have a passion for truly motivating, inspiring, andleading your teams. With particular focus on driving revenue, guestsatisfaction and service delivery, your overall accountability will be for drivingthe brand strategy in all elements of the business, setting us apart from thecompetition as both a preferred employer and a destination to dine, drink and stay.
Through ongoing critiquing of financial KPI’s, you willbe expected to take ownership for the profitability of all sites and with thesupport of our marketing team prompting actions to maximise sales growthwherever possible.
You will be a natural leader with a proventrack record in the hospitality industry, possessing strong organisationalskills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for deliveringoutstanding guest service. This role requires someone who thrives in afast-paced environment, excels at problem-solving, and is committed tomaintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Have a proven background in managing and leading adiverse team, including recruitment, training and performance management
2. Have had exposure in overseeing multiple premium siteswithin hospitality or retail
3. Possess exceptional commercial acumen – be constantlyaware of current industry trends and competitors, and how to take advantageacross multi revenue streams
4. Be able to demonstrate previous success in enhancingand driving guest satisfaction through service standards strategy &delivery
5. Be obsessed with financial performance andimplement/enforce cost control measures to maximise profitability
6. Ensure all sites operate lawfully, safely and responsiblyby ensuring comprehensive staff training and accountability on alcohol laws, H&S regulations and food safety
7. Have a creative and entrepreneurial flair and anappetite for success in driving a business forward
8. Be able to display outstanding leadership skills, emphasisinga hands-on managerial presence to foster a positive work environment
9. Possess high attention to detail and exceptionalorganisational ability
10. Be ambitious and have a proactive approach to theircareer
