The role also includes dealing with queries from network members by phone and email and for ensuring all team-specific spreadsheets are updated with financial data, as well as information drawn from Revolution, our inhouse software Key responsibilities Review and enter all commission statements received from lenders and providers Responsible for: Maintaining knowledge and skills on all processes relating to commission payment processing and reporting Reviewing financial information about business dealings received from lenders and providers and accurately entering commission payment details onto Revolution Identifying and querying any anomalies within reports and investigating to resolution (escalating where necessary) Dealing with queries from AR firms and/or colleagues by phone & email Responsible for: Maintaining end-to-end knowledge of all processes (including Revolution system entry details) relating to network member commission policies and calculations Dealing with all phone and email queries received from network members by close of the same day (or within 24 hours maximum) Referral / escalation of cases where required, keeping all parties informed until the query is resolved Various processing tasks completed within each working week Responsible for: Updating team-specific spreadsheets with accurate, up to date information at all times Adding updates to Revolution to ensure all data held remains accurate & up to date Our ideal candidate Experience with regular processing of large volume transactions, for example weekly commission payments and / or expenses within in a finance operations role Maintains momentum in a fast pace environment Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Assertive, projects confidence and professionalism when dealing with customers and clients. Great MS skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Accurate and efficient data entry skills Team player Flexibility Eye for detail Well organised Takes ownership of issues.
