This is a full-time, permanent position and the salary is £22,310 per annum.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
1. Making amendments to existing policies from inbound customer calls
2. Cancelling policies at customer request from inbound calls
3. Promoting additional products available
4. Taking ownership of all general queries to resolution
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
1. Minimum of 1 years' experience within a customer-facing environment
2. Experience of meeting performance-related targets within a fast-paced environment
3. Proven ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
4. Reliable and trustworthy
5. Can-do attitude and a desire to provide first-class service to all customers
6. Confidence to speak to a variety of people and strong written communication skills
7. Ability to self-manage your own workload
8. Willingness to adapt and change according to circumstances
9. Building and maintaining strong internal and external customer relationships is required
