Day-to-day of the role: Serve as the first point of contact for clients and engineers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient service delivery. Manage incoming calls, addressing queries and coordinating responses in a timely and professional manner. Schedule and plan jobs, ensuring all engineers are well-informed and equipped for their assignments. Prepare and provide quotations for maintenance contracts and handle their renewal processes. Generate invoices and maintain accurate records by updating relevant databases regularly. Embrace the variety each day brings and tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of different clients. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an administrator in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
