Leaders in Care are offering a pay rate of £43/h for this post. Vacancies within the service are a rarety, due to their supportive and engaged management team who are really big on regular reflective supervision, and offering you the flexibility you need to maintain a healthy work life balance. In this role you will be joining a close-knit team who put emphasis on good working relationships with their peers, as it provides a platform in order to do your best work. You can also expect a limited / manageable caseload, with cases split evenly across the service to ensure you're able to dedicate the necessary time to each case. We take a slightly different approach to other agencies. We are in direct contact with councils which means we can provide an accurate insight into how councils operate, to align them with your wants and needs so that we can ensure the service is aligned with you. When joining us, you will also receive a weekly loyalty bonus of between £1-£3 per hour, as well as weekly check ins to ensure you're supported and happy in work.
