Job Description Due to continued growth our Bardon site are now recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on a full time permanent basis. Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Working hours : Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm. As a Customer Service Administrator you will monitor and report stock movements to customers, offering outstanding support and customer service in a fast paced friendly environment and providing a continuous professional and dedicated service. Key Duties of a Customer Service Administrator: Creating and communicating of all Customer reports and monitoring systems. Resolving customer queries, providing PODs, and interrogating system discrepancies. Liaising with Stock Team to resolve system issues. Gathering data and reporting site financials on daily and weekly basis. Compiling data for Customer Account Manager in preparation for reviews. Maintaining and tracking empty pallet movements for all customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Cover for Customer Services Manager. Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies. Other duties as reasonably required.
