Are you interested in a career in the Mental Health Industry? Are you wanting to expand your experience and versatility by working with young children?
A fantastic school in Swindon is recruiting psychology graduates to take on the role of Mental Health Assistant. They are looking for a recent Psychology Graduate to join their staff in providing high-quality, continuous support to their students. The school specializes in educating students who have Complex Learning Disabilities as well as significant Mental, Social, and Emotional Needs.

As a Mental Health Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with children who display challenging behaviour and have mental health difficulties. This experience will give any Psychology Graduate a chance to see how they can positively impact students' education and gain a better understanding of how to communicate, regulate, and advocate for children in the SEN community.
The school is looking for a committed, confident, and well-educated psychology graduate to take on the role of Mental Health Assistant and bring enthusiasm and empathy into the classroom. Ideally, the successful applicant will have excellent behaviour management skills, education surrounding Special Educational Needs, and experience in either a professional or home environment.
