Supply Chain Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to support our client in their export market, to assist in the export of goods from the UK, to ensure shipments comply with export regulations, and to liaise with the factory warehouse in order to deliver a high service level for their customers.

The Candidate:
8. Experience of dealing with export documents
9. Customer orientated focus
10. Strong attention to detail
11. Excellent communication and decision-making skills
12. Ability to interact with other members of the team and other internal/external stakeholders
13. Strong organizational skills
14. Ability to work under pressure
15. Time and Data Management
16. IT literate
17. Practical knowledge of SAP/Exact is nice to have
18. Practical knowledge of MS Office programs
19. Work in matrix organization and network
20. Ability to work independently and be results driven
Duties and Responsibilities:
21. Support the sales department mainly on exports to outside the EU
22. Act as a main contact for export customer service activities
23. Monitor production planning and notify internal customers of any delays
24. Collect internal prices and update in ERP system
25. Liaise with internal customer as required from order entry to dispatch/receipt of goods
26. Place customer order entries in our ERP systems (SAP/Exact)
27. Amend dispatch dates if required
28. Review red/green report and open order book situation daily
29. Create Certificates Of Origin via Chamber of Commerce
30. Create Veterinary Certificates via Government website and booking via third party warehouse
31. Communication with lab for specific certificates of analysis
32. Liaise with freight forwarders and hauliers to collect and deliver goods to customer specifications
33. Fulfil and raise invoices daily in an accurate manner
34. Establish daily communication with warehouses via telephone and email
35. Capture incidents and complaints and log them in the management system
36. Collect evidence and participate to the resolution survey
37. Book the daily incoming goods from the warehouse
38. Create weekly labels for production and make amendments if needed
39. Update Purchase Orders for planning
40. Use of Hazardous system creating Dangerous Goods Notes and/or transport labels
41. Create dispatches preparing for warehouses/hauliers 1 week on 1 week off
42. You are the back up for the customer service and supply chain assistant during holiday period
