About The Role As Care Team Leader you will provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower your team to enable the people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations. Position: Care Team Leader. Salary: £12.80 per hour. Location: Roker, Sunderland (SR6) Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, to meet the needs of the service. WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP. To be successful in this role, previous experience within a similar managerial position in a care setting is essential. In addition: You will be willing to work towards or have a level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
