We are seeking a detail-orientated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to provide a proactive and reactive service to ensure that our customers meet their financial arrangements in line with their own financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer service and help the organisation achieve its goals.
* Educate customers on different banking options and support them in choosing the right services for their personal needs.
* Accurately and compliantly complete processes and procedures, providing a seamless and positive experience.
* Deliver good customer outcomes by taking the correct actions and regularly reviewing and mitigating gaps.
About You
We are looking for someone with experience working in a customer service environment and managing relationships with customers. You will have excellent organisational and time management skills, as well as good technology skills and a customer-focused attitude.
