Job Title: Finance Analyst – Manufacturing Business Unit
Contract Type: 12-month contract

About the Role
We are seeking a Finance Analyst to join a globally respected organisation that develops cutting-edge technologies. This role sits within the Manufacturing Business Unit (MBU) and provides financial support to the Assembly Test & Controls (AT&C) team.
The Finance Analyst will work closely with senior stakeholders, including the VP Finance and wider finance team, to consolidate financial forecasts, provide key financial insights, and ensure robust financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure in a high-profile business area and be involved in a variety of financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare MBU inventory provision data, post MBU journals, and consolidate MBU flash packs for financial reviews.
* Lead MBU forecasting, including managing the forecasting timetable and overall consolidation.
* Support the VP Finance and business teams in financial planning and analysis.
* Monitor business Opportunities & Threats, maintain control tower data, and provide rolling forecast analysis.
* Prepare business review packs, supporting target allocation and financial governance.
* Provide Manufacturing Engineering (ME) support, ensuring clear financial understanding and analysis.
* Support headcount reviews in collaboration with HR.
* Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and provide insight to key stakeholders.
Key Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a Finance Analyst, with strong business partnering, reporting, and forecasting skills.
* Ability to analyse and interpret complex financial data, presenting insights in a clear and effective manner.
* Advanced Excel skills (essential).
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and operate in an ambiguous environment.
* Experience using SAP and Hyperion (desirable).
* Background in manufacturing and experience with standard costing (desirable).
