Based in Braford
Medlock Partners are currently supporting a leading online retail business with recruiting for a performance marketing executive to join their team in Braford. The successful person will have previous marketing experience within paid media management/advertising, affiliate marketing and performance analysis.
Key responsibilities of the Performance Marketing Executive
· Work closely with SEM agencies to review campaigns across different platforms
· Collaborate within the internal brand teams to create engaging adverts, focusing on key words and click through rates
· Monitoring advert performance metrics
· Develop and execute advertising strategies for social media platforms
· Continuous A/B testing and audience targeting to help boost customer engagement
· Affiliate marketing, identifying growth opportunities and brand awareness
· Analysis affiliate performance data
· Track KPI`s across all channels and produce ongoing performance reports
· Support with managing advertising budgets to achieve maximum ROI
Key requirements for the Performance Marketing Executive
· Previous marketing experience (5+years) ideally within retail or B2C environments
· Experience with Google Shopping feed management and optimisations
· Strong data reporting with excellent attention to detail
· A solid understanding of paid media trends and insights
· Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels within the companies.
· Ability to build relationships with internal and external teams
